The contact form is designed to save the name, email address, enquiry topic, message and submission timestamp to a local file on the web server. The site operator must restrict access to this data, define a retention period and establish a secure response process.

The current implementation uses a PHP session for form protection. Analytics, marketing cookies or third-party integrations should not be added without appropriate review and disclosure.
